Open Hex Bar

Hex bars are great for farmer's carries and a modified form of the deadlift that can place less strain on the lower back for beginners or lifters who are rehabbing injuries. (Also used for the Army Combat Fitness Test.)

The Open Hex Bar can be used with the handles facing either up or down to adjust the range of motion/difficulty level of the lift. It can also be tilted on its side to raise the plates off the floor for easy loading and unloading.
