Q: DO YOU DELIVER? IF SO, WHAT IS THE COST?

A: Yes! We deliver within a 25-mile radius of Forney, TX (as shown on the map below) for a $40 flat rate. We are also glad to deliver outside this radius for an additional fee; email or call us for delivery rates (based on location).  

PICK UP AT FORNEY WAREHOUSE: 

Free of charge. You will receive a notification email including the exact address and hours of operation when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 48 hours for in-stock items.

EXTENDED DELIVERY RUNS ON SATURDAYS: 

During our weekly extended delivery runs (Saturdays only!), we can meet you in the greater DFW area outside the 25-mile radius for the standard $40 delivery fee. Contact us to coordinate the schedule and delivery location.

*Please note: we deliver to Dallas every Saturday. Delivery runs to Fort Worth/west of Dallas and to Plano/north of Dallas are made on alternate Saturdays.

**If you are unavailable on Saturdays we can arrange to deliver at another time at your convenience for an additional fee.

INSTALLATION:

You love to lift, but not figuring out which bolt goes where?

No problem! We offer full installation and equipment assembly services for your home, gym, or school. Email or call for a quote (rates vary depending on the type of equipment setup).

You won't have to lift a finger until you start your workout.

QUALITY GUARANTEE:

Many of our products have individual warranties ranging from 90 days to Lifetime (as noted in their descriptions). We will replace any product that proves defective or gets damaged in the course of normal use during its warranty period.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We accept returns of any unused item that is still in the original packaging for a full refund. We accept returns of any item that has been removed from the original packaging, but is still in like-new condition, for store credit so you can exchange it for a more suitable product. In any case we are happy to work with you to find a solution and will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Online sale cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This covers the fees charged by Shopify for the original purchase (they do not refund us for the expense) and the admin work to cancel the orders.

We aim to reply to all emails and return any missed calls within 24 business hours.
